Compensation:
Merit Based Compensation - No Cap - $120K OTE
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the media landscape.
- Strategize and execute sales plans for advertisement space on saucer+, ensuring our partners gain maximum visibility.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the streaming market and changing media consumption habits.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating exceptional performance.
- Lead negotiations to beneficial conclusions for both parties.
- Build and maintain long-term, fruitful relationships with our partners.
- Collaborate closely with the design and content teams, ensuring advertisements effectively resonate with viewers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in media sales or similar roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the media industry and its latest trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interpret sales metrics.
- Self-starter attitude with a capability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software tools.
